The suite at Viva Mare Hotel & Spa was absolutely amazing! It had a luxurious living room with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a cozy king-size bedroom, and a really spacious bathroom with double wash basins. I felt like a VIP in this room, with all the amenities and comforts I could ask for. As a family with children, we had plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Mithymna.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the DVD player in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, situated on an unspoiled island with breathtaking views of the sea. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including multiple swimming pools that were clean and beautiful. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even allowed us to check in early and gave us extra time in our room when we checked out. The service was truly exceptional.
Highly recommended for families.

4 different pools, good value for money restaurant, very friendly and helpfull ladies at the reception desk
The hotel's owner and manager behavior was unacceptable. He was unprofessional, rude, with no customer service skills whatsoever. He initiated a law suit with the tourist police (!!!) in the 2 hours of not being able to reach me at my cellphone because he could not charge my credit card!!! As soon as I called him back, I provided another credit card, he charged the full amount and did not even apologize for his tone and unprofessional manners...

I did like too much the calm, the quiety and the beauty of the surrounding area. Moreover, I was happy with the polity and the friendly atmosfere provided by the personnel.
they have to improve the quality of the breakfast buffet providing fibers ie tomato, green peppers, cucamber, as well as fis fillets like sardines.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful spot, with stunning views of the sea. On average, about 10-15 boats visit the harbour on the right hand side of the hotel, making it a picturesque experience for guests. there are other beaches nearby, providing guests with more options, as the hotel's own beach is not considered optimal. The rooms are described as clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are praised for their helpfulness and friendliness. There are several swimming pools, including a spa pool with jacuzzi pools within and massage jets, for those willing to pay a fee.

The view from the hotel was beautiful and the pool area was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a shuttle bus that took guests to and from the nearby town.
The hotel shop was not open and there were limited options for snacks and drinks. The beach was not what we expected, it was small and not very enjoyable.

I chose Viva Mare Hotel & Spa specifically because of its proximity to the picturesque village of Mithymna and the Genoese Fortress. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's facilities and services. The hotel area with a private beach, six pools , fourteen acres of landscaping, playgrounds, lounge areas. Moreover, I loved exploring the narrow side streets filled with basil pots and the local eateries' wide variety of delicious dishes.
No prior notification about wedding parties. Insufficient staff in the vars during the first half of the day.

Convenient location. Comfortable and spacious room with sea view. Abundant breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. Multiple swimming pools. Recently refurbished and clean. Stunning sea views. Close to the medieval village of Molyvos.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The location was stunning, with lovely views and direct access to the beach. The hotel facilities were great, with multiple swimming pools and a spa that we took advantage of. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety. We also appreciated the parking and transportation options, as we were able to easily explore some nearby islands that were protected for bird life.
Nothing to complain about at all.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Lesbos, I had the most incredible experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had breathtaking views of the sea. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a spa area that provided the perfect relaxation. The food served in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had big pools and plenty of sunbeds available, making it an ideal choice for families with children. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. With a convenient shuttle bus service to nearby attractions like Molivos and Petra, the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable holiday experience.

The hotel had a great pool area with plenty of sunbeds to relax on. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the variety of fresh fruits available. The location was ideal, close to the beach and the town center, making it easy to explore the area.
The bed was uncomfortable and the linen felt old. The bathroom wasn't very clean and there was a strange odor coming from the sink.
